The sun-kissed shores of Cabo San Lucas held more than just breathtaking scenery and turquoise waters for Megan and Chris. It was here, eight years ago, amidst the white sand and turquoise waters, that their love story began. So, it was only fitting that they returned to the very place where their hearts first connected, to seal their forever as husband and wife.

The couple wanted to give their family and guests the whole Cabo experience – relaxing, fun, and laid back, but elegant and intimate at the same time. The male entourage wore black tuxes while the ladies were resplendent in shades of beige for a timeless look. As their Cabo wedding planner, we ensured the entire event was built around their vision of sophistication, romance, dancing and fun.

A Romantic Return to Cabo

The Imperial Suite at Fiesta Americana became their choice of wedding venue, with its panoramic views of the endless blue horizon where they exchanged vows. Their wedding weekend was a joyful combination of romance, laughter, and breathtaking beauty.

The couple chose to say “I do” overlooking the beautiful waters of the beach. They requested a modern romantic theme for their wedding and asked their planner for a classy and elegant look for the tables. They used Big proteas and lots of candles to create that effect.

A Booming Dance Party

The reception was also held at the resort. The dance floor, the heart of the party, was strategically surrounded by tables, ensuring that everyone could easily join in the fun. After all, for Megan and Chris, dancing was more than just an activity; it was a way to express their joy, their connection, and their shared love for life.

But the magic didn’t stop there. As their first dance began, the night erupted in a dazzling display of booming fireworks that illuminated the sky, symbolizing the explosive joy of their new chapter.  Everyone joined the dance floor, swaying to the vibrant rhythms of the music with laughter and love filling the air.

The night continued with more dancing, laughter, and love. Guests were treated not only to a festival of music but also to a feast of authentic Mexican cuisine.  Everyone indulged in the simple pleasures of good company, good food, and the unadulterated joy of celebrating love.
